Devo is one of the more familiar faces in the infirmary, his background as a veterinarian before the Contagion properly spread seeing use in people now instead of animals. It is not known for being the most amicable individual, often seeming more condescending than anything, but he has become more short-fused since his wife disappeared a couple months back on a hunting trip.

While it isn't well versed in illness, but in terms of physical injuries, there is no-one better suited for the job of fixing you up. He is a failing eccentric, he seems to try his hardest to seem well put together and elegant, but doesn't quite know how to act 'proper'.
