“What else could cause such a change but a Time-Maker? What else could bring this world to this vital precipice but a Time-Maker? As we march on, the heralds of a new world, we must not grow content, must not cling on in fear of the End. Do not treat the days as something precious, to be hoarded or wasted. For they are made by us – with every step, a new second is born.”

– Last recorded words of Nkechia Olus, The Fourth Time-Maker

Whilst the first three Time-Makers dwell in the earliest days of history, the Fourth Time-Maker makes its home in the last. Its status as a Time-Maker is heavily disputed, with a sizeable contingent of die-hard followers alongside plenty of vocal opposition. It rose to prominence sometime in the 2080s, taking credit for many of the natural disasters of that decade and, notably, predicting the Luat na-Bonswi flash floods years before it was confirmed. It claims that it has been chosen by the Time Being to wipe the slate clean and begin a new era of the universe, where all will have the power to change the world at the flick of a wrist. Its last confirmed appearnace was a radio broadcast in 2101, with hearsay rumours that it fled to Anastius & Horasa. Its followers maintain that it is still travelling the world, blaming its silence on lack of reliable communication.
