Originally from Eirsace, Colby has proved an efficient farm hand and a reliable expert on foraging throughout their four months living in the Bastion, despite never having been convinced to cross its borders. Though a hard worker, they have generated infamy by disappearing regularly for seemingly no reason, and may often be found sleeping in a variety of tents and grass patches, at a variety of hours of the afternoon. It has been theorised that this behaviour is linked to his alcoholic tendencies, or the apparent frequency with which the night-watch patrol team spot him wandering near the Excavation or the Substation, always carrying a light.
